WE PLAN AND BUILD IN MUNICH AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA AND PREFERABLY BUY IN PROXIMITY TO ITS PUBLIC RAIL TRANSPORT SYSTEM

We project-manage real estate plots and existing properties. Our goal is to enable the optimum economic utilisation. Advantages for both buyers and sellers result from the maximum exploitation of construction and building law.

Our core area of business is the development and construction of residential property. The city of Munich has suffered from a shortage of housing for a long time. We have made it our task to transform the city’s available space, in areas with good transport links and a good infrastructure, into affordable oases of well-being.

We buy real estate / existing properties in our own name, and also function as an advisor to leading property developers in the purchasing and development of a range of different projects.

 

REAL ESTATE PURCHASING

We seek developed and undeveloped real estate for the construction of detached houses and apartment buildings, gladly with commercial units on the ground floor – such units should total a maximum of 1/3 of the building.

The real estate should be situated in Munich or its surrounding area (radius of approx. 80 km).
The purchasing volume totals up to 30 million euro per individual investment.
